MacFamilyTree V6 - FamilySearch Certified record manager

DearREADERS,
Whilst traveling, I missed the important 8 Sept 2010 announcement from FamilySearch.org that said:

"A Certified Record Manager for the Apple MacIntosh is ready. After over 18 months of development and coordination with FamilySearch Developer Support, MacFamilyTree version 6 is fully integrated with new.FamilySearch.org. Get the details about their public beta test at http://www.syniumsoftware.com/macfamilytree6/topfeatures.html

Bravo! Now there is something for my daughter Stacey and other DearREADERS to organize their genealogy data on their MACs. Ol' Myrt here doesn't recommend using a program that doesn't sync with FamilySearch because of some of the unusual enhancements to the website that are coming down the pike. To learn about other software that is FamilySearch compatible see the FS Developer Network site.

Happy family tree climbing!
Myrt     :)
DearMYRTLE,
Your friend in genealogy.
