News about Genline.com and Ancestry.com

Last summer, Ancestry.com, the world's largest online family history resource, acquired Genline and Genline is now part of the Ancestry family. Today, we are happy to announce that Genline's Swedish Church Records archive is now available in the Ancestry's World Deluxe Membership collection.

For Genline customers with active subscriptions, service will continue to function as it has. You will continue to be able to access the Swedish Church Records archive using the Genline Family Finder and support will continue for the product.

Swedish Church Records on Ancestry.com Ancestry's World Deluxe Membership gives you access to much more than the Swedish church records. You get access to 6 billion historical records. U.S. census records, vital records, obituary collections and much more. You can even trace your ancestors emigration from Sweden with the popular Swedish databases Emigranten Populär and passenger lists from Göteborg, and find dates of birth in Sveriges Dödbok 1947-2006.

Genline's Swedish Church Records are now available on Ancestry's World Deluxe Membership collection. You can find the records in the collection titled, "Sweden, Church Records 1500-1937".
