Blogging isn't a one-way street. Your responses to the "Twist" in DearMYRTLE's April 2011 Organization Checklist have been illuminating. The point of having blog comments, Twitter and Facebook is to increase interactivity. "Social networking" for family historians isn't about our astrological signs, but about our research challenges. Oh yes, we do talk about "meeting up" at the next genealogy conference, but I digress.

Our discussions about a reliable source for archival supplies is a prime example. I hadn't ordered boxes in years, and still thought of Light Impressions as my go-to source. Thanks to Sally Jacobs for alerting Ol' Myrt to problems that company has given its customers lately. From Sally's suggestions I blogged about Gaylords & Hollinger as alternatives and asked readers about their experiences with these two companies. Thanks to your responses, my DearREADERS have a better understanding of the reliability of these two firms.
