Delay in GoToWebinar update

Ol' Myrt here recently reported on the GoToWebinar for iPads and anticipated upgrade option that was scheduled to take place on or about 6 May, 2011. The upgrade hasn't happened, so I wrote to tech support to inquire. I actually got a REPLY!!! Wow! (I just wish they hadn't tantalized us with the possibility, only to fail to deliver on a timely basis.)
