Thinking of those who lost their lives and the first responders who willingly walked into the fray in the service of their fellow men. That terrible day eleven years ago turned our hearts together as a nation.
Let us continue in that spirit of love and cooperation, treating each man as a child of God.
Though there be evil in the world, let us not judge a man by the color of his skin, the clothing he wears or the religion he espouses.
There is far more good than evil in this world.
To quote Anne Frank: "Despite everything, I believe that people are really good at heart."
Through simple measures can a person be a stand for kindness in his circle of family and close friends. I pray that I may be that sort of person.
