Oh my dear Elsie girl, rest in peace

DearREADERS,
Ol' Myrt here received news that my dearest friend Elsie (Barks) Naylor passed away at Freedom Village in Bradenton, Florida. Her short obituary may be found in the Bradenton Herald, here.

Cross, original in her son Bruce's possession.

I'll be flying out and staying with Barb Schultz tomorrow. The funeral will be Thursday morning. The following Tuesday I'll be flying up to Richmond where I'll be meeting Mr. Myrt for the NGS Conference.

As such, I'll need to cancel WACKY Wednesday: Blogging 101b, I'm sure you will understand.

I will hold our final MGP2 Study Group Sunday as scheduled.

Right now, I need to pack.

We are losing

Happy family tree climbing!
Myrt :)

  1. Colleagues and mentors become so built in to our brain and heart patterns, even when they are physically absent. The jewels remain part of warm gratitude that we then can pass on to others. An unexpected and fruitful long life in loving memory.
