RootsTech 2015: David Archuleta and Studio C

Yup, David is back from his LDS Mission, and raring to entertain attendees at RootsTech 2015. Here's the official scoop from our friends at FamilySearch:

David Archuleta and Studio C to Perform at RootsTech 2015

American Idol finalist David Archuleta and popular comedy sketch group Studio C are teaming up to entertain and inspire thousands of attendees at the RootsTech 2015 closing event on Saturday, February 14, 2015, at the Salt Palace Convention Center in the heart of Salt Lake City, Utah. Both will be performing new, original pieces for the event, including a never-before-seen sketch by Studio C and a new song written by David Archuleta.
David Archuleta was the runner-up on the popular singing competition American Idol and has since gone on to release 6 albums, selling more than one million copies. Being part of RootsTech gives him a chance to celebrate his family and the influence they have had on his music. “When people ask me what has influenced my music, they are often surprised when I tell them it’s my family. My family has made me who I am and my music what it is.”

With a mission to provide quality family-friendly entertainment, BYUtv’s sketch comedy show Studio C has become a household name for people across the nation of all ages, but especially among teens and millennials. Since its launch in October 2012, its loyal fan base has helped grow the show’s online presence to more than 70 million YouTube views to date.
