DearREADERS,
Thomas W. Jones says "Independent items may be successfully correlated, but correlation of related items will yield an invalid result." (1)
Just what ARE independent items, and why do we care? During tonight's G+ Hangout on Air, we will do our best to study the tests of analysis and the prerequisites to correlation in our continued study of Dr. Jones' new book Mastering Genealogical Proof.

HOW TO VIEW THE LIVE HANGOUT
We meet again tonight at 8pm Eastern US (New York) in our Google+
Hangout on Air format. Participants will wait to VIEW on the YouTube
side, posting questions back in the community for Cousin +Russ Worthington
to weave into our panel discussion. Unlike a webinar, the link for a G+
Hangout on Air isn't created until just before the event is to go live.
Closed-captioning is a feature of the live HOAs and recorded HOAs,
through a service provided by Google. I'd say the speech recognition is
about 90% accurate.

assignment.Be aware of copyright, and follow advice in the post titled MGP Homework and Copyright.
