ARCHIVED: October 2016 Hangouts

Although Ol' Myrt here was away for a week attending the Wales course in the British Institute, Cousin Russ and I managed to host over ten hours of quality genealogy hangouts during October 2016.  Though these events have concluded, you may still click to view. Register if you wish to post comments. All comments, including links discussed during each hangout are found in typed chat that accompany each video.

DearMYRTLE and Cousin Russ recognize the United Nations' International Decade for People of African Descent 2015-2024. We reach out to _all_ regardless of race, color, creed or national origin with support for researching family and documenting cultural inheritance.

Our flagship hangout, where it's all about what's trending in the world of genealogy technology and methodology. Practical, down-to-earth advice for family historians.

WACKY Wednesday - Archive Grid with our favorite resident archivist, Melissa Barker

Genealogy Game Night - 8 Oct 2016
We play "Who's In My Line?" and try to stump the panel participants who are to guess a certain something about our ancestors. Thanks to help from the community, we came up with some good answers. It should be noted Ol' Myrt actually received some "YES" responses to her questions!

Happy family tree climbing!
