Congratulations to Ed Thompson for releasing the newest version of Evidentia AND a complete redesign of his website http://evidentiasoftware.com. Cousin Russ solved a research conundrum using Evidentia. Because the software forces one to look at each information item and to think differently about the data we're collecting. We spent a large portion of this hangout talking about research process. When great researchers explain the steps they took to arrive at a specific conclusion, following the example of others helps those who follow. There's much benefot to describing where we are in our research and accepting how-to suggestions, not record-group suggestions.
