52 THINGS: Moclips, Agates and Jasper

DearREADERS,
This week's mini-journal is about family trips to Moclips, Washington and the gathering of agate and jasper stones in the estuary where the Moclips River flows into the Pacific Ocean.

My grandchildren have two tasks:
  1. Define estuary.
  2. Find Moclips, Washington on the map, and find the name of the Indian Reservation due north. (Clue: it starts with a "Q".)
DearMYRTLE is making custom journals to share with her children and grandchildren, personal and family history anecdotes and documents in an intriguing manner. The following short video explains how the mini-journal was created. https://youtu.be/1iER4SalF9A

SD quality is replaced by HD and CC within the hour after uploading.

The video is an important element of this project, as my children and grandchildren cannot come to explore the old steamer stunk because of Covid-19 isolation guidelines. During each week's video Ol' Myrt here will read the mini-journal and show the heirloom, document or photo so my family can experience the ancestral discoveries virtually.
